4. Question:
Answer:
Are refunds available?
Yes. This is Neon Starfruit Lab's satisfaction guarantee to instructors and students. Each product can be refunded for a one-year license when the refund is requested within 30 days after the date of purchase. A refund that is issued for a credit/debit card might take up to 30 days to be fully processed and posted to the account, though this usually takes a week. Once a refund is issued, the product that the refund is issued for cannot be purchased again at a later date unless the cost of the refund is included in the cost of the new license.
5. Question:
Answer:
Where does one click to download the computer programs and their supporting files?
1. Click the download link for the item you want on the left side of its product page.
2. In the page that opens, click the download icon located to the top right of the page that lists the file(s) that will be downloaded.
6. Question:
Answer:
Do the computer programs run on Windows XP 32-bit OS?
Yes, this file (MSVCP100_64.dll) will be needed on 32-bit operating systems because the applications were originally compiled on a 64-bit OS. Download the file from the link in this answer or do a web search for "MSVCP100_64.dll". For the file provided here, which is from the developer's own computer, open the README.txt to find where to copy the file to in your 32-bit OS' directory.
7. Question:
Answer:
Do the computer programs run on Mac OS or Linux?
The applications run exclusively on Windows OS.
8. Question:
Answer:
Can Starfruit Chart be used to open and save files to a USB drive?
Files can be transferred to and from a USB drive for storage only. When opening and saving files, Starfruit Chart should be located on and accessing files that are on a computer's internal disks. This will prevent Windows OS' delayed-write feature from ever interrupting the file save process and corrupting the grade book files when accessed on a USB drive.
